Yes! Chinese cabbage, or pak choi, is rich in vitamins and minerals and helps boost immunity during pregnancy. Pak choi is quite healthy for both mother and baby. The folate in pak choi plays a key role in the production of red blood cells and prevention of neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, in the developing baby.
