Why should I add rambutans to my pregnancy diet

Rambutans are not so popular in the fruit markets as they are native to the Malay-Indonesian region. But, these juicy fruits are highly nutritious in nature. They are rich in iron which helps in keeping your haemoglobin levels in check. This also helps in combating fatigue and tiredness during pregnancy.
Some sources advise avoiding overripe rambutans as they tend to be alcoholic in nature. However, each one’s body is different and may react to this fruit differently. So, it is advisbale you consult with your doctor before including rambutans regularly in your pregnancy diet.
