Although rockfish supplies essential fatty acids that your body can’t make on its own, it may contain some amount of mercury which, when overeaten, can pose certain health risks. But, rockfish contains Omega-3 fatty acids which improve your skin appearance and enhance the function of the brain. Having this fish can also prevent vitamin D deficiency.
Hence, it is recommended to consult your doctor befor having rockfish during pregnancy.
