Why should I include hickory nuts in my pregnancy diet?

According to an article published on the Center for Health Human Rights & Development’s (CEHURD) website, nuts are considered as one of the top 10 foods for a healthy pregnancy. Hickory nuts are also included on this list.
They also have vital nutrients like protein, vitamin B1, potassium, and magnesium. Magnesium relaxes muscles, while calcium stimulates muscles to contract. Research suggests that getting adequate magnesium during pregnancy can help prevent the uterus from contracting prematurely. Magnesium also helps build strong teeth and bones in your baby. Hence, hickory nuts are a good addition to your pregnancy diet.
