Yogurt is a good source of calcium and vitamin B-12 and can be a great addition to your pregnancy diet. Pregnant women can ideally have three small containers of yogurts, 200 grams each everyday, to meet their daily calcium requirements. You can also add fruits to your regular yogurt serving to add more flavor and texture. It is also recommended to opt for yogurt made with skimmed milk to avoid unnecessary weight gain during pregnancy.
