What are the benefits of having melons cantaloupe

According to a study published by the Food Standard Agency of Wales, pregnant women should aim for atleast 5 portions of a varitey of fruits and vegetables in a day. Muskmelon can be a good component of these portions as it has plenty of nutrients. It is a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and folate. Pregnant women need vitamin A and C for baby’s embryonic growth, including the development of heart, lungs, kidneys, eyes, and bones as well as the circulatory, respiratory, and central nervous systems.
